Brazil Pulped Natural. Long-time favourite of 1000's of CS home roasters. This is the essence of cafe coffee. These are sun dried, well screened and very easy to roast but they will produce a lot of chaff just before 1st crack. In the cup it has a big fat body and nutty flavours. It drinks well as a single origin it's really the perfect 50% base to an Italian style espresso when taken into the darker roasts.
