Swiss Water in Canada use a water process not a chemical process to remove most of the caffeine from the raw beans. Canadian and Australian decaf is described as a maximum of 1g/kg (0.1%) but Swiss water often test well below that.
You will stun your friends and family when you tell them this good bodied, whole palate balanced coffee is a decaf.
Roast by temperature, not colour and just before second crack for best results.
