ROBUSTA India Madikeri AA

India Madikeri AA Robusta is grown in southern India and is one of the highest grades of Robusta we can get. Washed then sundried and screened to a large bean it's good looking for a Robusta. In the cup it's a low acid, great body espresso shot that works okay as an extra bold single origin or perfect at about 20% of an espresso blend. I tend to roast this quiet dark but you'll find what works best for your tastes.
