Sulawesi Rante Kapua Torajah is a long time espresso favourite of mine but one we can't always get our hands on. This is washed Indo and tends to be cleaner in the cup while keeping the low acidity, fat body and syrupy mouthfeel.
Amazing espresso shots as a single origin or you can blend with some higher acidity beans for milk. Lovely coffee.
