Tanzania Tanganyika AA

Tanzania Tanganyika AA - A large screened and washed bean that produces a bright espresso shot that cuts through milk well. Very similar to the great Kenyans both in the cup and roast profile. I liked this best at a CS9 roast depth but can see its place at a CS8 or CS10 depending on what you aim to highlight and how you are going to brew it. Beautiful coffee at a great price.
