Colombia Geisha Honey

Grown at around 1600m in Acevedo, Huila this Geisha/Gesha was hand picked as red ripe cherry and naturally fermented for 36 hours before rinsing and then raised bed, undercover parabolic drying for 20-25 days.

Honey processing has longer fruit contact with the seed so more sweetness is transferred to the bean resulting in a juicy, sweet coffee.

Roast level is medium but the beans will look darker due to the higher sugar content. they are suitable for all brew methods at this depth.
