Grown at around 1600m in Acevedo, Huila this Geisha/Gesha was hand picked as red ripe cherry and naturally fermented for 36 hours before rinsing and then raised bed, undercover parabolic drying for 20-25 days.

Due to a high sugar content, these will roast darker and more motley than you would expect. Roast using a known good profile, not by colour.
