ROBUSTA Vietnam Chu Dang Ya

Vietnam Chu Dang Ya is a AA grade 1 (18+ size) Robusta bean grown in the Central Highlands and among the highest grades we can source.

Robusta takes a fair bit more heat in the roaster and you'll likely want to roast it separate and darker than an Arabica.

In the cup it's big, bold and earthy with some nutty flavours and because of the darker roast depth it'll carry some toasty and smokiness too.

We have some commercial customers that like Robusta as a single origin but typically it's used in smaller percentages to add body, bite and crema to a true Italian style blend.
