El Salvador Chalatenango SHB
El Salvador Chalatenango SHB is high grown at around 1500m and produced by the 21st Century Cooperative. Being a dense bean they are smallish but washed, sorted and easy to roast. In the cup it's a well balanced coffee with just enough brightness to carry the sweet cocoa flavours you'll find at medium roast depths. Really nice coffee and excellent value at this price.
