Colombia - Raspberry co-ferment

Adding to our collection of crazy co-ferment coffees from Colombia.

This one is raspberry and smells like a bag of red lollies, might be red snakes that I'm picturing? The infusion of coffee and fruit co-ferments before the coffee pulp is removed and then continues a more normal processing technique of pulping, hulling and drying.

These are really weird but very interesting. We only have a small amount available and they are packed in 1kg lots.
