Honduras Comdelica SHG

Honduras Comdelica SHG comes from the co-op "Cooperativa Mixta Delicias del Campo Limitada" (that's mouthful!). The coffee is graded "SHG Strictly High Grown" around 1800m. It's a very well processed bean which makes it easy to roast and in the cup it's crisp, bright and juicy with a very clean finish. Great value coffee.
