Guatemala El Mangal Geisha - Limited Release
Guatemala El Mangal is a Geisha varietal grown in the Huehuetenango region and is fermented in barrels without oxygen. Anaerobic Geisha are fairly rare and interesting in the cup. The fermentation is obvious and the floral fruity attributes are amplified.
Grown around 1800m it's a fairly dense bean and we roast this around medium for the best balance of fruits and flavours.
A very special coffee, only here for a short time.
