Colombia - Peach co-ferment

The co-ferment coffees sold-out too fast last time and many CS'rs missed out.

This one is peaches added to the fermentation tanks with the coffee cherry. Up to two days the infusion co-ferments before the coffee is removed and continues a more normal processing technique of pulping, hulling and drying.

These are really weird but very interesting. We only have a small amount available and they are packed in 1kg lots.
