Australia Skybury Farms

Australia Skybury Farms has been growing coffee West of Cairns in the Atherton Tablelands for more than 35 years. Constantly evolving and getting better, the current crop has great processing and is nothing like what they offered 20 years ago. At 500m it's a low altitude coffee so roast like an Island coffee as it's softer than similar high altitude beans and will run away from you late in the roast if you're not careful. In the cup it's balanced nutty and cocoa with low acidity. Pricey but well worth trying.
