Guatemala El Mangal Geisha

Guatemala El Mangal is a Geisha varietal grown in the Huehuetenango region and is fermented in barrels without oxygen. Anaerobic Geisha are fairly rare and interesting in the cup. The fermentation is obvious and the floral fruity attributes are amplified.

Grown around 1800m it's a fairly dense bean and easy to roast but if you roast too dark the florals disappear so keep it around medium.
