Ethiopia Ardi Late Pick - RTFN

This coffee is intentionally left on the trees longer to produce an explosive flavour profile. The theory is that the sweetest point of sugars in the fruit is when it's slightly overripe and starting to naturally ferment and leaving harvest a little longer than normal has exaggerated boozy port florals, tropical fruit and added sweetness. This is the most polarising coffee we've ever sold, some love it, some hate it but no one ever says "it's just coffee".

Update: June 2025 - This coffee just won 3 bronze medals in the Golden Bean competition in the categories of Espresso, Milk and Filter proving that blind tasting judges like it however you brew it!
