Vietnam Ban Sang Gr1

Vietnam Ban Sang is a grade 1, hand sorted and washed Arabica from the North West highlands of Vietnam. Clean and well sorted smallish beans which are very easy to roast but do produce a bit of chaff. In the cup at a CS9 depth you'll find a slightly sweet, low acidity coffee which is great as a single origin or use it as a base with something funky. A bargain bean from an origin better known for commercial Robusta.
