Honduras Yamaranguila SHG
Honduras Yamaranguila SHG is a washed hard and dense bean grown around 1800m high and will take some heat during roasting. This is the coldest area in Honduras and the coffee is shade grown and foraged in small plots, not grown in formal estates. In the cup you'll find one of the best Honduran coffees we've found, stone fruit sweet, clean mid acidity and well balanced. Great coffee.
