Burundi Bugendana hails from one of the toughest land-locked countries to freight from.
The coffee isn't size graded but still fairly evenly sized which makes it easier to roast.
In the lighter roasts it was winey with a blackberry nip characteristic (if you are old enough to know what I'm talking about) It's carries with a really nice acidity and good mouthfeel as an espresso. Great as a single origin.
