Costa Rica Santa Maria Tarrazu

Costa Rica Santa Maria Tarrazu is a washed and really well processed bean.
Easy to roast and works a treat though different roast depths for different brew methods and tastes. High altitude and strictly hard bean (SHB) mean it will take a bit of heat in the roast. Lighter roasts you'll find a creamy body and a great balance of sugars and acidity that cut through milk, darker roasts become a cocoa-bomb.
