Finding interesting Robusta coffees can be tricky, due to the lower market value, many of the best Robustas are never exported. This Robusta is interesting, much milder in character and far smaller than your typical Asian Robusta yet still adds tons of crema to a blend.
Ugly and splotchy as a green bean due to the long fruit contact on the bean but easy to roast might be the perfect addition to your Italian style espresso blend.
