These Rwanda Nyungwe Naturals were a special processing order and this is their entire batch. Same farm as the great Nyungwe A but these are sun dried and natural processed instead of wet processed. Excellent hand sorting which cost us a little more but well worth it for the end result. Still a cocoa bomb in the darker roasts but with much more sweet fruit coming through and heavier body. It drinks more like a complex blend than a single origin coffee, another stunner!
