Ethiopia Shakisso Estate / Farm produces an amazing bean that is the essence of uniquely great Ethiopian coffee. Grown wild and foraged in the jungle this heirloom varietal is part Typica, part Geisha and unique to Shakisso which becomes more obvious when you see the odd bean dimensions.
A really interesting medium light roasted coffee that works well in all brew methods.
