Brazil Yellow Bourbon Especial. This is the Yellow Bourbon (ber bon) varietal, not to be confused with American corn based whiskey. Good sized bean, natural processed. In the cup it produces a really good bodied espresso shot with woody, savoury tones and a fair level of sweetness. Well balanced and works well as a single origin for the fans of Brazil coffee style or use it as very balanced body bean as the base of a blend.
