Double Dutch Pure Cocoa
This deep red/ brown cocoa processed in Holland contains 24% cocoa oils, much more and it would be a liquid! This is the highest grade cocoa available that produces amazing hot chocolates and stunning in all other cooking too. Normal hot chocolate recipe is 1/3rd cocoa and 2/3rds sugar but you can adjust to taste (50/50 is great). Just mix cocoa and sugar in the cup with a splash of hot water to turn into a paste then add hot milk.
