This is a Brazil blend that was 12 months in the making. A blend of the finest bourbon beans roasted to enhance the body in the shot. Bourbon is one of the original coffee varieties of Brazil and is a low yield plant. The espresso shot form this blend is a narrow, mid palate one with great body and enough acid to work well in milk based drinks.
