Nicaragua Finca el Triunfo
Nicaragua Finca el Triunfo. This Red Catuai varietal is grown at around 1400m which is high grown for a Nicaraguan then washed and well processed making it easy to get great results in the roaster. In the cup it's a balanced well rounded coffee with a clean crisp finish without funky surprises. Worked well through a range of roast depths but best for my taste at about CS9 mid roast.
