Jack Daniels Barrel Colombian

Jack Daniels uses white oak to make the barrels and then chars the inside of them over a fire pit. By storing the raw green beans in previously used JD barrels the dry woody oak characteristics along with spices, vanilla and of course bourbon whiskey moves across into the beans while still retaining their coffee flavours.

The resulting coffee is like no other. The colour of the roasted bean is darker than you would normally expect (due to contact with whiskey and charred oak) and the flavours along with the aromas are interestingly unique.

Worked well as espresso, filter and surprisingly even as a latte.

Minimum order 2kg (due to our roast batch sizes) and it will be packed in 4 x 500g lots so you can share an order or gift them to someone special.
