Kenya Murang'a AA+
This Kenya Murang'a is graded to AA and above giving it the unofficial grade of AA+ or AAA. Which really translates to all the largest beans after size grading and hand sorting the defects. You will also find the odd bean still in its parchment wrapper that snuck through the sorting due to its size. This coffee has a stunning ground aroma. In the cup at CS9 its bright and clean with a granny smith type acidity that lingers nicely. Excellent Kenyan coffee.
