Ghana Single Origin Cocoa
This single origin cocoa was grown, handpicked and processed in entirely in Ghana.
Like our other specialty cocoas it contains no sugar, no fillers, no dairy, no nuts and is gluten free. This really is 100% cocoa.
In the cup it's similar in style to the Cote d'Ivoire Red African Cocoa but this is slightly darker in colour with a longer finish. As a hot chocolate you will want to add some sugar, about 50/50 for adult taste up to 33/66 for kiddies (and those with a sweet tooth)
